The perpetuum mobile - you've done it! ;-)
I love strange thinking!
Hey, Dushan!
Yeah, I liked this one. Unfortunately, I can't take credit for it; I actually found it one day browsing online at http://quotes.ibnerd.net/funny_1.html . This was my favorite one on there... :)
Thanks for reading!
You have planted ideas into my head.
I have an overwhelming urge to try this now...
I would love to see video of that actually happening. Would the escalator move fast enough to keep the slinky at the same level? Hmmm...I sure do wonder!

Hey Altaf,
I've thought about the same thing myself...
Hey Neuro,
Although I'm not sure if this could REALLY happen, I enjoy thinking about it...I know I'd be occupied for hours. :)
Hey Dil,
I recommend evacuating everyone out of the building...This way, no one will be on the elevator, and you'll be guaranteed that no one else will get on either! :)
Oh perfect!
(I'm visiting via BlogExplosion)
I think the slinky would move slower than the escalator thus it would back up to the top and preceed to jam the whole thing which in turn would be fun watching the repairman try to figure out how a slonky become stuck in the first place! What a wonderful idea!
Hey MissMeliss,
Cool name, and I'm glad you like it!
Hey Mickey,
Yeah, I thought of this as well...Perhaps we could slow down the escalator?!
LOL Too bad there aren't any escalators around! But then, if there were, I'd probably get arrested for refusing to leave the mall at closing time! ;)
Thanks for your comment, Terri. Yes, it could indeed become an addicting habit... :)
